Confluence Fiber Communications Leadership Teams Announced

March 29, 2026 - The Port of Lewiston and Pivot-Tech Development, Inc. have announced the establishment of a Board of Directors and Confluence Advisory Group for Confluence Fiber Communications (CFC), the nonprofit organization that will oversee the expansion and operation of the Lewiston community broadband network.
